woodsy board

Description

I was having fun drawing on these blank decks all around town, and this one came with me into the woods.   When I first stained this one, the stain did not penetrate the lacquer that was already on the board. The stain sort of sat on top, and I told myself I'd be careful with them such that I did not scratch it off. That didn't work, and I ended up scratching it big time. To pivot, I decided to use my personal engraver and use the board + stain as a sort of scratchboard. I think it well hella well! I tossed some small longboard wheels on it so it's a nice, smooth cruise.   Clear griptape goes crazy on it!
