This 5” x 7” original doodle using alcohol, ink and watercolor highlights of phrase that I started using a couple years ago.   My anxiety would get really bad when I would ask myself a bunch of “What-If” questions. I started reframing the questions to see if they could help instead of harm. This is what I got to!
