flood violin

Description

This violin was donated to me by my homies over at Leaf Global Arts following the flood of Helene. They saw I was making art out of flood debris because of the Window piece I made, so they just tossed me this debris. I refurbished the debris to the degree I could, then hit it with some linework using my pyrography machine and acrylic markers. The idea was to tell the items' stories with visual art, and this instrument had a lot of story to tap into since it'd been played so much. It does NOT work.
