Description

A 12" x 12" watercolor, acrylic marker, and dirt piece made as part of 'the River' series. All were created with the intention of hanging at a 45 degree angle, so diagonally. I just don't know how to display it like that online 😕 Just one part of a seven part series I did just after rereading Siddhartha, this piece shows myself in the River of life, but this is before I'd learned that I can get out of the current and observe it. This represents a time when I was sort of tossed around by the current, subject to its trepidations. I was a little jarred, but I am going with the flow here. It becomes what you make it.
